Kontrak internasional adalah perjanjian tertulis yang dibuat antara dua pihak atau lebih yang berdomisili di negara yang berbeda. Kontrak ini mengatur hak dan kewajiban para pihak dalam suatu transaksi bisnis internasional. Berikut adalah contoh surat kontrak internasional:

Kontrak Penjualan Barang

THIS INTERNATIONAL SALES CONTRACT ("Contract") is made and entered into as of [Tanggal], by and between:

Hal-hal yang Perlu Diperhatikan dalam Membuat Kontrak Internasional:

Bahasa: Gunakan bahasa yang dipahami oleh kedua belah pihak. Jika bahasa yang digunakan berbeda, sebaiknya diterjemahkan oleh penerjemah profesional.
Hukum: Pastikan kontrak sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di negara masing-masing pihak.
