Sample House Rental Agreement
This House Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this [Date] by and between [Landlord Name], residing at [Landlord Address] (the "Landlord"), and [Tenant Name], residing at [Tenant Address] (the "Tenant").
1. Premises
The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to lease from the Landlord, the following premises (the "Premises"): [Full Address of the Property].
2. Term
The term of this Agreement shall be for [Number] months, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date] (the "Term").
3. Rent

4. Security Deposit

8. Termination

9. Default
If the Tenant fails to pay the Rent or any other fees due hereunder or breaches any other provision of this Agreement, the Landlord may terminate this Agreement and pursue any legal remedies available to the Landlord.

11. Entire Agreement

14. Waiver
No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
